
This is an automotive sales consultant position. Employee will meet and greet customers, interview them, and work with the customer through the sales process. Car Sales experience is not necessary, but an outgoing personality, good listening skills, and a desire for high customer service are a must.
We can train you the rest of the way both in terms of product and process. The process includes presenting pricing, answering questions, and closing car deals.
Employee will work 4 days during the week plus Saturdays, with the occasional Saturday off. Duties include:
- Answering sales phone calls
- Delivering vehicles to customers
- Helping clean the lot on snow days
- Organizing the lot
- Test driving vehicles
- Greeting Service Customers
Employee pay plan will include a base pay with a bonus pay based on number of cars sold.
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

- 8-9 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday starting at 9:00 AM -5:00 PM/6:00 PM
- One weekday off
- Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
